Disappointed in the Premium Cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago for home use and I am not sure what the benefits over the less costly version is we have at our office. Other than the rose color. Also, the foam that is created is not as nice as the other machine. I love the other machine, this one not so much. Disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most of our machines come with at least a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling in to speak with a Machine Expert at a time that is convenient for you. They may be able to offer some other options that work for you. The incredible Vertuo Machine

We LOVE our Vertuo coffee maker. Having it has not only made coffee much more enjoyable, but the varieties of coffees and the incredible ease of use has just transformed our morning routine...and our afternoon routine (it's just too good). Get one. Thank me later.

Great until it’s not!

Bought this machine in November of 2024 as a wedding gift. It has died in less than 2 years and of course the warranty is expired. As beg as Nespresso is I was hoping they would stand behind a machine they are known for. The coffee is great but I would buy the machines second hand from now on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t last, not worth the money

This is the second Nespresso Vertuo Next that I have purchased in two years. They work great for about a year and then just stop one day - even with regular cleaning and descaling. I won’t be buying a 3rd machine to have the same problem in a year.

I hate this thing

I will never buy another Nespresso Machine. I have had this machine less than a year and it has been a ridiculous pain in the behind. It get's stuck in descaling mode every single time I have to descale. I mean seriously it shouldn't be this complicated just to clean the stupid thing.

She encouraged me to get one so I ordered my Vertuo Next and several sleeves of different coffees and espressos. To put it mildly, I am “addicted.” I love everything I have tried and I look forward to ordering again soon.
