[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso is a new concept for and as a coffee lover I was quite impressed by the bold flavor...had to read the instructions a few times before brewing the coffee...the pod container is nice...the machine makes the normal brewing noise which is fine by me...after brewing six different cups of coffee I can say the Nespresso machine is growing on me...perfect machine for those people whom like strong coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All Nespresso machines in my opinion are fantastic, and this is no exception. This actually exceeded my expectations. On the smaller side and compact. Perfect for any countertop. Very cut and dry and user friendly. The water tank is easily accessible and you can pop it off to fill it or just fill it with a cup. You can just pop in a pod and press the on button. Just making a cup of coffee made thee most beautiful crema on top. The coffee looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The temperature was absolutely perfect. Not scolding hot, just after a little blowing, it's the perfect temperature to drink. I really enjoyed everything about this machine!

Difficult to latch, but great, flavorful espresso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Vertuo version of the Nespresso. I had an original one and loved it. This new model is much more attractive with the two toned color scheme. Right away I noticed it was a bit difficult to open, close and latch. I have mobility issues and it's a bit hard to do. I'm hoping it will loosen the more I use it. This model grabs the empty capsules and drops it in the attached container and stores them until you're ready to recycle them or it fills up. The capsules are more expensive than the original version, and there isn't a large variety of this style. All that being said, it makes a darn cup of espresso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks a little bulky BUT it looks very elegant and has a huge resourvour to store water in for coffee. It is quicker and you do have app control to control the size or amount of coffee selected. Its perfect for making ice coffee, hot coffee, simple coffee all from the pods that nespresso offers. It is loud but somewhat satisfying to watch while brewing your coffee. I would say it worth the extra buck! All in all I enjoy it and is an upgrade from my coffee machine. Cleaning is simple compared to other machines. Setup was easy and I loved the app features. Ergonomics is spot on! Love, Love Love!

I love how compact and aesthetic it looks sitting on my kitchen counter. It's sleek, effective, and works fast! It does take some getting use to. One of my favorite gadgets I own now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It brews a smoother, better tasting cup of coffee compared to other single serve machines. It heats up quickly and you can even manage / start your machine through the app, order pods and accessories. It also sends you maintenance alerts. It is a bit louder than most standard coffee makers, the pods are slightly more expensive and not available at every store. It is really easy to clean and maintain. I love the compartment for the used pods on the left side. Overall though, it is a premium / higher quality coffee maker that delivers great results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a beautiful cup of coffee and espresso this machine makes. I was pleased with the crema on both the espresso and the coffee. I'm fascinated by the functionality of each pod using a bar code to tell the machine the perfect amount of water for each pod. (I also love that the machine allows you to easily top off if you wish.)
Another cool feature is that the machine can connect to your phone through the app and it can tell you different notifications about your machine.
I appreciate the easy to remove side compartment for the used pods and the way that each pod slides out into the reservoir with ease.
The app is a really nice feature since it not only sends you notifications about your machine, but it also provides and easy way to reorder or recycle. AND it's a one stop shop for FAQs, which I truly appreciate.
The only aspect of this machine that I am not in love with is that it can be a bit difficult to lock the top piece into place after replacing the pod. That said, it's a minor complaint for me but if you have arthritis, etc... I might consider another model.
Otherwise, I love it and it will be replacing my old model.
