Broken in under a year

Less than a year and it broke. Does not start brewing

Died right after warranty.

After a year and a half the machine died. Yes technically outside of the warranty period so we are owed nothing but having to buy a new one after so little time. I’d rather support a company that trusts their products and supports the customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Barely a year :(

This has been a wonderful machine till month 14 hit and it's dead...ugh! Will not run only gets hot and the RED light is all I get to look at. It won't spin to descale, clean or make coffee. I am so frustrated because only 2 people use it and should last for years!

However, we are thrilled to see you were able to speak to a Machine Expert and your machine is being sent in for a repair. We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. I love all the different options for coffee/espresso with this machine and am looking forward to continuing to experiment! I am equally as impressed with the aeroccino. So cool.

Disappointed in the Premium Cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago for home use and I am not sure what the benefits over the less costly version is we have at our office. Other than the rose color. Also, the foam that is created is not as nice as the other machine. I love the other machine, this one not so much. Disappointed
