[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vertuo Next. The first one I got broke after one year of use. I had just past the 12 month warranty period, unfortunately. I was offered a slight discount on a new machine. Hoping this one continues to work!

Beware!

LATCH MECHANISM IS A PROBLEM.
Beware, some swear by this machine but many (like me) inherited a weak latch design, that eventually gets sent back to the factory or becomes a new machine purchase. Consider the "UP" machine, latch design is eliminated, VOILA! problem solved.
