Coffee grinds in every cup

Good tasting coffee but getting grinds in every cup. Cleaned it several times but still getting grinds. Descale monthly and run rinse cycle weekly.
Also very hard to open and close. Very bad design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vertuo Next Great Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo Next as a replacement for a previous coffee brewer. I absolutely love this machine. It makes a nice cup of Nespresso fast. I can choose different cup sizes. It is compact with the water tank in the back of it which saves counter space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Color, speed and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine, when I needed a new one I could not wait for it to arrive, it’s super reliable and easy to setup and use. Cleaning is also a breeze just remove the container and empty the contents to recycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
