[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over a year ago I introduced my daughter to the Neopresso family of coffees and she loved them. So as a gift, I bought her one for her dorm room. And she couldn't be happier with the gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using for a week. The press button sticks a bit. I called in and they recommended using it for a while to see if things improve.
