Disappointed

My daughter gave me this machine a year ago in August for my birthday and I had loved it because it had never failed me at all until this week - a little over a year only and it stopped drawing water from the reservoir. So disappointed. I have never any other kind of water except reverse osmosis water but a friend has suggested that i try to poke around the lines to see if something might have lodged in it - maybe I will - when I’m done recuperating from surgery. In the meantime - I am craving coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently got this VertuoPlus Coffee Maker from Nespresso. Right off the bat, the look and design of this coffee maker is really nice. It adds nice look to our kitchen. It takes less than 30 seconds to heat up the water which is amazing. The water tank is also of a reasonable size, 40Oz. We love the fact that it has both espresso and coffee brewing options, so that every member of the family does not need to stick to one type and can drink whatever they want. It has automatic shutoff feature, so we do not have to worry about shutting it off. Because of its barcode reading technology, the coffee always testes great. It reads the bar code on the capsules and always makes exact same coffee accurately. It has settings for 5 different cup sizes. The cup base can be moved up and down based on the size of the cup that we are using to avoid spilling. We like the fact that it alerts us for descaling as well. Also, we have been using this coffee maker for a while now and have not noticed any dripping or leakage. So, out kitchen counter tops are finally looking clean. The waste basket can hold lot of used capsules, I think upto ten. So, we do not have to empty it very often. And these used capsules fall into the waste basket automatically after we are done with brewing either our coffee or espresso. Finally, we are loving it, we do not have any complaints so far. And yes, we already recommended this VertuoPlus Coffee Maker to our friends, family and colleagues.
Pros: Convenient, Makes Delicious Coffee, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Ability to make different coffee styles (e.g. espresso and coffee), Appealing Design

We love Nespresso!

We just bought our second Nespresso machine to upgrade and love it! We have been drinking Nespresso ever since trying it in a hotel and have found the quality and service to be excellent. Ordering is super easy and we generally get our coffee within two days of ordering.

I bought this machine in 2017 I have loved it used it every single day without any problems and your service goes way beyond good it’s great love getting my coffee online with the coffee club and I just think you guys are great service and of course I would recommend it to all my friends which I have and they intern have bought the machine

Yummy coffee

We bought this a month ago and LOVE the flavor and creaminess of the coffee. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the coffee is no where near hot enough. After adding my creamer to it, I have to put it in the microwave to warm back up. Wish there was a temperature control….

Thank you for your review, Franca . The temperature of your VertuoLine capsules is controlled by the information programmed into the barcode of each blend. You may, however, pre-heat your mug of choice by running a cleaning cycle with your VertuoPlus machine.
