Does not make good coffee

I have a vertuo plus and this vertuo next does not make the same caliber of coffee as the Plus. It pretty much sucks and is akin to a Keurig cup of coffee. lame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this machine in the vain hope that my wife would stop making daily Starbucks trips. Sadly that wasn't the case, but she has stopped going in the morning thanks to this machine! She uses it daily and loves it. By far the best coffee machine we have ever owned. As for me, as a person who doesn't drink any sort of coffee, really wish I could find a hot chocolate capsule, so I can enjoy the machine as well. Rather then just adding water and dumping out my wife's used coffee pods. Would recommend this machine to anyone who wants to upgrade their coffee life.

This is my very first espresso machine, which was a Mother’s Day gift and I absolutely love it! I am still learning how to use it and which pods are best for which drinks but I couldn’t be more satisfied

2nd Plus Machine and loving it
