I got it from my wife for my birthday... BEST GIFT EVER!!
I love every thing about it. I got the frother with it and it's amazing!
The only down side is that the virtuo pods aren't as easy to get.

Fantastic little machine

Fast, clean, easy cup of coffee to start the day! ( or anytime for that matter!) Love the discard feature. No need to handle messy , sometimes hot, dripping cups after using the device. And the foamy head on a freshly brewed, aromatic cup of coffee, at home, is the definition of luxury to me!

I've had this machine for 2 years and I love it! Have had no problems, I also only use bottled water though. No tap so I don't have to deal with the hard water concerns. The model below this however my mom has had issues, like leaking. She regrets not paying more for this model.

Can Not Live Without It

I have had this machine for over two years and it is still going strong. As a former barista, I'm picky when it comes to my coffee. This machine is quick and simple to use. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make lattes at home.

Very Loud Machine

I bought this machine in January 2024. It has an extremely loud motor. I have another Nespesso that is much quieter. I am wondering if I got a lemon.

poor performance

Received for present worked great for first two months now need to reset machine before each use than crap shoot if it works after that. Gave it two stars because I haven't threw it away yet next review will be a one and done, Very disappointed in product and recommend mocha pot or a Keurig.

To ensure optimal use from your machine, we recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
