Hello. We appreciate your honest review. From the sound of it, your machine may need a cleaning and descaling, which we recommend every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first, to remove internal mineral deposit that can build up, which can affect the flow, temperature and overall performance of your machine. A weekly cleaning will keep the brew unit clear of grinds and coffee residue. Our machine experts are on hand to assist you with this. Just give us a call at 800.562.1465.

Sleek, Functional, Delicious!

over Christmas vacation. I was so impressed with the crema on top without needing cream or milk. Every espresso is smooth, velvety, and delicious. I purchased my own machine and am very satisfied. All the flavors and espresso types have been wonderful. No complaints! The machine is high hayloft, easy to use, and produces cup after flawless cup. I worked as a barista for a couple years, and this makes coffee every bit as delicious as the multi-thousand dollar machine I used at work.

Amazing machine

We immediately purchased this machine and have been thrilled. We don't have to explain how it works to visiting family, it's consistent and easy and absolutely delicious coffee. Highly recommend.

COFFEE SUPPERB NOTTHE MACHINE.

this is my third machine and yes the coffee is spectacular but the machines works good for sometime and then it starts giving problems. I do all the trouble shooting to make it work again and she does but again she stops. Now I have a dilema, I love their coffee but IO cannot be buying a machine every two years, they are not cheap. We are big coffee drinkers, we use about 200 or 300 capsules a month. Again the espresso is excellent excellent excellent but the machine is not iqual to the quality of the product. I am thinking of getting a Kourig to see how it works.

If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options available via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. We recommend calling us to troubleshoot with a machine expert. We’re confident you’ll be back to your Nespresso coffee ritual again soon.

Doesn't last

Machine quit after 1 year...descaled and worked for another 2 months, and quit again. Too much time spent trying to fix it, so won't be purchasing this brand
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving the functionality
