Disappointing Nespresso Model

Have had this same Vertuo Next since fall of 2020. My issues are the 14oz vertuo pod is no longer available and we are having to use 2/7oz pods to fill a mug. Nespresso obvious motive was sell more 7.7oz pods. Machine is now louder than ever and the adjustable cup plate has never been level even at the bottom level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please kindly note that while the 14 oz Alto capsules has been discontinued, we are now offering 12 oz Alto capsules that are compatible with the Vertuo Next, Vertuo Pop, and Vertuo Creatista machines. In addition, please note that the previous 14 oz Alto and Mug (7.7oz) capsules contain the same amount of ground coffee, and your machine can either be reprogrammed to brew a larger coffee, or push additional water through the capsule using the top-off function. To purchase the updated 12 oz Alto capsule, as well as for information on how to use the programming and top-off functions, we invite you to visit the Vertuo Coffee and Machine Assistance pages of our website. Real deal without the hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine to power me through sleepless nights with a newborn. I am limited on the amount of caffeine I can have so I want it to be a good drink when I do. Something cafe like and enjoyable but I also don’t want to leave the house. That’s where Nespresso comes in- cafe style coffee, full of flavor and a caffeine buzz to pick me up!

Great Machine

I received this machine last December and I am so pleased with the quality of the coffee as well as the simplicity of this specific machine. The Vertuo Plus is sleek, fits into narrow-ish spaces and isn't overly heavy which makes it easy to pick up and clean. I'd definitely recommend!
