Lovely little machine
on February 23, 2024

I love mine! It's a little pricey for me, especially having to buy the pods that's exclusive to the machine (they're pricey too), but my espresso comes out great every single time! And I like the creama effect that it gives.. It's like a centrifuge that spins it really fast and creates a foam top while it brews.. Really cool. The tank I have doesn't hold a lot of water if I'm brewing 7 coffee pods, but I use it for espresso mainly so it doesn't bother me much. I like how it can read that barcode on the pod and it just knows what to do! Only thing I don't like is how expensive the pods are for the amount you get, the fact that I can't just use it for boiling/hot water only, there's no mode for it and it won't work without a pod unless you're cleaning it. Another thing is, it reads those barcode a little slow, which I don't care for, but it's served me well since I've gotten it. I'm happy with my purchase.

Quality coffee

I love how sleek and high quality this coffee machine is. It’s so easy to use and I loved the selection box that came with it too. I do find the coffee quite strong compared to the pods for dulce gusto machine. This is ideal for black coffee or espresso lovers.

The Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine is a sleek and efficient addition to any coffee lover's kitchen. With its stylish design and innovative technology, it promises to elevate your coffee experience to new heights. One of the standout features of the Vertuo is its ability to brew five different cup sizes, ranging from a small espresso shot to a large coffee mug. This versatility ensures that you can enjoy your favorite coffee just the way you like it, whether you prefer a quick pick-me-up or a leisurely morning brew. The machine also delivers consistently delicious results thanks to Nespresso's patented Centrifusion technology, which uses centrifugal force to extract the perfect flavor and aroma from each coffee capsule.

Not efficient - Gets Stuck in Descaling
on February 19, 2024

Machine gets stuck in descaling mode each time. I dread descaling because I know it's always going to take hours to do it. I always have to call the support center. They are helpful but it's time consuming to do it every time every 3 months. This process should be 20 mins and takes 2 hours every time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best Ever

I purchased this machine on 2/3/24 after my K machine started acting up and it's so so nice. Fast coffee when you are ready and it's a perfevct fit for my coffee bar. The coffee and espresso's are magnificent. The milk frother came with it and it tends to froth the almond milk very well. The only thing I hate is that I should have purchased the DUO long time ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!
