I’ve had two of these machines and they both broke

Hi Susan. We’re dismayed to learn that your Vertuo Next machine does not meet your expectations. If you’ve not paired your Vertuo Next with your smart device, we kindly ask that you pair your machine to your phone and check for any Firmware updates. If the Firmware update is successful we’d recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Nevertheless, we’ve arranged an escalated call back from a Machine Expert at the number we have on file for you and if you need assistance with your Vertuo Next machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. Callbacks can occur within 24-48 hours from being submitted. Thanks!
