Received this machine as a gift. It got me through some 2-3 years, but the maintenance is especially demanding for this model. Constant issues with barcodes, needs descaling every minute. Called support and even they couldn't crack the issue after a VIDEO chat. Buy a different model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design

My old vertuo machine broke and I chose this machine as a replacement. However this model design is horrible with the water container in the back of the machine. You have to completely pull the machine out from the wall to add water. And while it touts being “thin” it is way too deep for the counter and sticks out from my other machines. . I returned, huge disappointment. Would love to get my first vertuo machine back but it does not accommodate the larger pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately we did returned the coffe maker but because the coffee was not hot at the store with the one they tried coffee it always great the one they sold to us once again the taste was good but coffe not hot it was warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke completely after only 2 years of less-than-maximal use. Not a great product for the price.

Worth Every Penny—Wish I Bought It Sooner

I’ve tried Keurig, Shark, and Lavazza, but the Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe is on another level. It was incredibly easy to set up, user-friendly, and delivers the most delicious coffee every single time. I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence—after years of debating the upgrade, I only wish I’d made the switch sooner.

Love the electronic open and close feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electronic open and close feature is much nicer and easier to operate than the manual open and close feature on other models. Enjoy the larger water container. The discarded capsule container is larger as well with holes on the side which let air in, do be careful when emptying , any likely residual coffee/ water from the pods can drop all over your floor which happened to me. There are a few little quirks with this model however overall it’s good and brews a nice hot cup of coffee
