We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. It’s fine and definitely serves a purpose. I do like that you can send back the used pods for the grounds to be composed and the pods to be recycled. I’ve had these in some offices and it is a nice option but I wouldn’t on one at home.

Not great. Waiting for this one to fail too

Bought this to replace a machine that was only two years old. And this was a lesser model than what failed. Nespresso can't keep machines in stock and are unapologetic and quite rude on the phone.
Fool me twice???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this maker. One

Love this maker. One button is great and love the creama it makes too. The down side is they don’t have refillable capsules. Hope they do at some point. Or at least give you some kind of discount if you do the recycling they have.
