Amazing machine; careful w first cleaning cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for the memorial day sale and it's totally worth the money. My only complaint- the cleaning cycle before first use did not go as planned. It had stopped, so i removed the container underneath. However, when i woke up the next morning, there was water all over my counter. So pro tip-- the cleaning cycle takes longer than expected and it's not over until almost all the water is gone in your tank. Otherwise, machine is great and coffee tastes great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Sensors
on June 8, 2026

Machine would literally glitch out due to a faulty sensor when pods are inserted. Would say this machine is extremely unreliable

Love that it takes different size pods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Vertuo Next as it makes multiple sizes of coffee. The only downside is that if you want to put it in a "to go" cup the height has to be raised to accommodate a Yeti or similar vessel.

Love it but lever is annoying.

I liked this machine and how you can change the settings for amount of coffee but the lever sometimes gets stuck and you have to push really hard to lock it. Maintenance of the machine is simple and doesn't require cleaning often.

Great Addition to Our Lineup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a Nespresso for a while but hadn’t pulled the trigger but this came at the right time!
I love that the color fit in nicely with our kitchen aesthetic and was slim enough to nestle into a corner.
We had an initial problem with water leaking out (this happened twice early on), but this hasn’t happened since. It was super easy to set up and has been doing well.
I haven’t used it enough to need to do any maintenance, but I imagine it will be similar to that of our Kuerig.

This espresso, coffee machine is an excellent choice for anyone who wants café style coffee at home without the hassle of grinding beans or mastering espresso techniques. It delivers consistently rich, flavourful coffee with a thick, and requires minimal effort
Set up as quick, and the machine is incredibly easy to use simply insert a capsule, press a button, and your coffee is ready with admit. The compact design fits well in most kitchens, and the water reservoir is easy to refill and clean.
