[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so sleek and amazing! I would recommend for compact spaces. However, breaks easily after 3-4 years. Mine started leaking.

Not what I wanted but someone else picked it!

I was trying to upgrade a machine exchange after two faulty machines. Offered to pay the added price. Two full price machines charged to me. After spending $1300 on pods ina year ( for family gifts, too), I do not feel like a valued customer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok but not great

This replaced an original Vertuo that I used for about 3 years until it broke. I have been very pleased in general with the performance but I used the 14oz pods and that was just the right amount for me. They have discontinued the 14oz pods which is really disappointing. If I could use the 18oz pods in this machine it would not have been a big deal, unfortunately I have to buy the Vertuo Next. Which is what I would have done in the beginning if they told me the 14oz pods were going away. I am disappointed that they aren't doing anything like an attractive trade-in for customers in my situation. I am down to my last few pods and I can't decide if I am going to stay with Nespresso.
