Cord is on the wrong side

Why would you put the cord on the same side as the water tank? Now the cord has to go around the back of the water tank to get plugged in and then when you pick the water tank up the cord falls onto the water tank platform you have to move it constantly. Such a bad design idea.

Don’t recommend, leaks water everywhere

Bought this machine a week ago, unpacked it and the pump was broken. Water leaked everywhere, nespresso replaced the machine. Got the new machine three days later and the new one also leaked all over the place. Haven’t been able to even try the coffee. Maybe third times the charm?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

WORST COFFEE MACHINE ON THE MARKET! Do not waste your time and money buying this machine. I bought my first one two years ago for my birthday. Within 6 months of that first machine, it began to leak. I called Nespresso to get it replaced because I thought it was a fluke. NOPE!!! I have now had 3 machines within the past two years due to leaking all over my counter. I wish I could get my money back.

Do not last

Makes good coffee; love the variety of flavored pods. Machines however, have not lasted me longer than two years with gentle use, meaning, I highly doubt each of them made more than 200 cups of coffee. First machine was leaking from underneath almost from the beginning; seconds machine all of a sudden threw a solid red light and started to feel hot to touch on top where the button is. I do still have many pods left, so I don’t have another choice but to purchase same coffee machine, and being hopeful that maybe third time will be a charm and it will last.

Terrible

Worst machine I’ve ever had. Everytime I go to use it I have to rinse it and then it might work. Doesn’t heat up and then just flashes. Threw it out the door would no recommend

Numerous Issues

I have had numerous issues with this machine. Shortly after using it for 1 year, the brew button broke. Meaning the machine would no longer function. It is no longer within the one-year warranty and Nespresso would only offer me a 30% discount on a new machine. I have a Vertuo Machine at my office and have never had an issue with it in over 3 years.

Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a fancy, schmancy espresso machine, but with our baby due in November, I wanted something with a lot less steps. A way I could caffeinate quickly! :) I have been very impressed with the ease of use of this machine, and the coffee is actually quite delicious! Even my husband likes it, and we are somewhat coffee snobs.

Improvement Over The Original Vertuo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the machine. I like the color and sturdiness of the device itself. The water container allows for more H2O, but it feels kind of cheap (plus the cap can be hard to get off). My main issue with it is that the top of the machine needs lots of room to open and close, and the cabinet it sits under is too low (so I have to pull it from under the cabinet everytime I add and remove a pod). If you have high cabinets or open space, you're good.
