Simple, Good Machine

Lots of negative reviews on here but wanted to say my machine works great. I've had it for almost a year now and really no significant issues (very VERY occasionally I have to take the plug out and out it back in). The app kind of sucks but fortunately all the features can be used without it. Good machine, good coffee

Amazing Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on a whim to go into the Nespresso store to look around. I was not really looking into getting a new coffee maker. Then, I tried a coffee in the store. I was sold. Now, I have two Vertuo machines.

I would prefer a different less problematic model

Purchased this in November of 2023, and, when it works, it's absolutely GREAT, And I honestly, I use it maybe 3x a week, so in the scheme of things, not that often... I have had recurrent issues with it. Worked great for a month or two, and then lots of little hiccups. Examples: I will do a cleaning flush (bit frustrating but doable), then it will work great, and then I'll have the very next cup experience an inexplicable malfunction. Sometimes it's remedied simply by lifting the lid as if I were putting a new pod in, closing it and hitting the button. Other times, if I simply lift and replace the water reservoir (after it not being touched at all) and press the button, it'll work. Completely frustrating. This model has issues and I'd recommend you research to choose another model and save yourself the headache. I have much regret with this model

Save your money

Do not order this machine! Mine didn't even last a year! It blinks red and I have looked it up and tried everything with nothing working. So now I just have an espresso machine that eats the expensive pods and doesn't give me anything in return. What a waste of money!

good while it last

I have had for about a year, it worked great until one day it just stopped. I tried plugging it into four different outlets in my kitchen and each one, nothing. I tried the instructions from the manual and even went on to YouTube and could not get it to turn on. The second issue I have is that there is no separate cleaning button. From what I gather this is a general Nespresso issue. So it may not only apply to this machine. There are some things I like about it which are the variety in sizes that it accommodates and sleek look. But the machine does not last very long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
