Great coffee, the connected tech maybe not so much

Poor product review, great company. I am a tech guy at heart so I was interested in the App integration and other technical features. The machine was replaced twice because it stopped being able to process the pods and would just flash error codes. Nespresso sent the replacements out very quickly with no angst on my part.
After the second one, they allowed me to switch to the non-connected model Evolou which has not given me a single problem since I got it over a year ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend the first-time use steps once a week, as part of your machine maintenance. This flushes water through your machine to rinse away any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. We also recommend descaling your machine every 3 months or every 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great Customer Service & Choice of Coffees

Very disappointing.

Not long after I purchased the top panel began to stick now it’s totally stuck. I’m unable to find any guidance on how to repair it, assuming repair is possible at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Machine

Love the variety of coffees that we can brew. 7oz, 5oz or Espresso, can't wait to try the 12 oz coffees. Love the smaller footprint. Now my husband can have his black coffee and I can make my cappuccino with one machine.

Stylish and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thinking about getting a Nespresso machine and finally got one. I like to brew my own coffee by grinding beans and hand drip or use an old stovetop espresso machine and didn't own a coffee maker. I still use them from time to time but it's great that my husband can brew his own now with the ease of Nespresso machine.

I received this machine as a birthday gift and it stopped working a few months after. I did not use it daily or abuse the way you put in the pods so I was so curious why it stopped working. It was not even a year old and I bought a bunch of pods. This machine is disappointing I love the nespresso brand but this machine was the least favorite.

Machine is hard to manage. Customer service A+

Not sure if this was supposed to be an upgrade to the VertuoPlus. I decided on this machine because you can get the Alto pods. I've been using it for a few weeks. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the locking/unlocking is hard on my hands. It's really not easy at all! And for some reason, the drip tray is really small so when I'm wrestling with the top, I have to catch my mug from falling. and it is very loud but it is faster than the Plus. Main reason I'm exchanging is due to the difficulty I have locking and unlocking the machine. Customer service is GREAT as always!
