Can’t live without

Doesn’t last, not worth the money

This is the second Nespresso Vertuo Next that I have purchased in two years. They work great for about a year and then just stop one day - even with regular cleaning and descaling. I won’t be buying a 3rd machine to have the same problem in a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate this thing

I will never buy another Nespresso Machine. I have had this machine less than a year and it has been a ridiculous pain in the behind. It get's stuck in descaling mode every single time I have to descale. I mean seriously it shouldn't be this complicated just to clean the stupid thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Nespresso coffee at my daughter’s home during Thanksgiving and enjoyed it. She encouraged me to get one so I ordered my Vertuo Next and several sleeves of different coffees and espressos. To put it mildly, I am “addicted.” I love everything I have tried and I look forward to ordering again soon.

Great machine, until it isn't.

I loved this machine and the coffee however the machine is now leaking. I have used this machine less than once per week, maybe 150 times total, in the 2.5 years I have had it. I have reached out to customer service about the short life of their product and have not heard back. Sad because it is good coffee, but you couldn't use this machine daily for 1 year. All descaling and cleaning was done regularly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the coffee- hope machine long lasting

Gift for my birthday first of October. Have loved the coffee and reordered several different sleeves including holiday blends. All have been excellent. 7.7 pods are really great when we do not want to make a full pot of coffee. Wish it produced a little hotter cup of coffee but overall excellent results. After reading the lower rating reviews, I have concerns with the quality of the machine and how long it will last. So far so good but will be sure to write a review if I see quality issues. For now, loving the different flavors. We use the 7.7 pods into a smaller Yeti double walled cup which keeps coffee hotter for longer periods of time. We also use filtered water which we believe delivers a better tasting coffee. When everything is working as designed, it is one of the best tasting coffees in town.

I bought this on a FFA auction brand new in the box and it didn't even last a year. Now my daughter has all these pods for it and I am not buying another one after this experience It wasn't even used that much
