Compact, stylish & delivers great coffee!

It's lightweight yet feels stable and safe during use. Performance is impressive - the coffee comes out hot with a rich crema every time. The machine heats up quickly and operates smoothly, making it perfect for busy mornings. Overall, it's a great balance of size, temperature control, and reliable performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off with how much I love this thing first of all it's skinny it's not as fat as my Keurig and let me tell you the coffee comes out so much better than that Keurig I don't know how but let me tell you there is a large water bottle in the back so you don't have to worry about filling it up every 3 days or whatever. It is awesome I'm just reading it I just had one cup but you can make it expresso of course that's what I had first and the taste was delicious. Very easy to set up all I did was wash the wash it out once and put that in and ran it and I love the the sleek look into it and the packaging was great

Easy espresso in under 2 minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brewer is a great thing to have if you love getting fancy drinks from coffee chains. I consider this an espresso machine as pretty much every pod I have tried tastes darker and richer than regular coffee even when it specifically states the pod is for coffee (based on a larger volume of water), although ironically, if you try to use third party refillable pods with regular coffee inside, the brew tastes watery. If lattes, americanos, and cappuccinos are more your speed, this is definitely the machine for you!
Nespresso makes the brewing process idiot proof as the pods have a barcode on the underside of the rim which reads the volume of water it should use with it. You simply push the button on the top of the brewer once to start the process, and it takes under 2 minutes to produce your beverage. You can even choose to add more water to the cup by holding the button down more after the brewing cycle is done. I'm super impressed by the amount of crema in the cup as I don't get that much with other espresso brewing methods.
The Vertuo Next has a slim countertop footprint which I like as it leaves room for other appliances next to it. The water tank is removable which makes it easy to fill, and the drip tray can be adjusted to fit the size of the cup you are using to minimize splashing as the beverage is being produced. The surface is easy to clean, and there is a cleaning cycle you can run for descaling the machine when needed. I like that each time you open the cover, the used pod rolls into a side compartment which can be emptied later. The initial setup was quick and easy and just required parts to be cleaned and the unit to be plugged in.
I'm taking a star away for a few reasons. I do find it hard to clean the area where the pods get punctured. I noticed a few coffee grounds in some cups I brewed, nothing too bad, but I can see this issue getting worse over time if regular cleaning is not done.
The lid can be a little hard to push down and lock into place. Elderly people or those with poor upper body strength would have a hard time using this unit.
The pods, while elegantly designed to resemble chocolate bonbons, are rather expensive compared to other single cup brewers. There are not many varieties sold in physical stores, either. And if you don't like dark coffee, you'll have a hard time enjoying any of the varieties if you don't add extra water or milk to your beverage. Somehow even the lightest rated pods still taste very intense, and our house feels like the drinks taste even stronger than traditionally brewed espresso.
Lastly, Nespresso has an app that is compatible with the Vertuo Next, but it doesn't offer much to add to your experience other than to adjust the water volume preference and update the machine. It mostly serves as a manual and a way to order more pods, so if you were looking to schedule a time for your coffee to be brewed in the morning, the function is not there. The app was rather underwhelming.
Overall this machine will not be replacing our normal coffee brewing methods, but it's great for speed, convenience, and when you want a drink with a bolder flavor profile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was wonderhow it layered. Very cool. Nice strong shot of espresso. We added milk Fort then brewed over it and the beautiful layers. I love this machine. Directions were vague i thought so I you tube the how to video. It took me and my husband both to discern all the area and how to. I love that the pos automatically releases into the hdi g chamber. So many variations! You can download an app to really get the most out of this machine.

Don’t wait for that perfect coffee get a nespresso

It is thin and long with a perfect water receptacle at back. You have three different levels. You can make expresso cold brew or American coffee. It leaves it creamy and rich. You have quality coffee pods from different countries. The old pod gets stored in the back container which is dark so you see no mess. Its built sturdy

Delicious Espresso

It is super easy to put together and looks perfect in my kitchen. There is a great variety of flavor/types of espresso in the pods assortment.

Cup of joe! Nice and hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was frustrated at first. All instructions are on QR codes. So I had to go on YouTube to find the directions. First, we cleaned out the machine. Then put in thexpod you want. It reads the pod and knows what you are making. Coffee comes out nice and hot. Taste is amazing. I'd have to compare the cost if the pods in comparison to others. Just tricky at first to use.
