I greatly appreciate having the multiple brewing options (depends on which vertuo capsule) and how easy this machine is to operate. This brews the best coffee hands-down! The water reservoir is good, and the way that the capsule waste tray is hidden is such a smart thought.

Very clean and love how it locks and unlocks on the top! And has storage for some of the pods! Absolutely would recommend!

Beginner friendly- awesome QR codes to easily reference when troubleshooting, buying more supplies, and videos to get started! The one touch control button is so simple to use and with the app it lets you know when it’s due for cleaning descaling and maintenance. The coffee is so smooth and delicious- I love that it can make such a variety of different drinks to enjoy. I will forever be making coffee at home with this! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!
