Love my Vertuo Next!

It’s the first thought in my mind when I wake up and the last thought at night before going to bed, and when I’m at work it’s all I think about. Getting my espresso fix every morning has never been so easy and enjoyable, best present I ever got myself!, no complaints whatsoever!.

Issues with pod mover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine. My only complaint is the mechanism that is supposed to move the pod into the disposal part does not work, so I'm going to have to send it back. Super frustrating as I will then be without a machine for idk how long.

Makes great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works as the last on did. One comment is that the plastic pod remover is not as effective as the previous metal one. Plastic one removes pod 50% of the time, metal one removed pods 100% of time.
