Worth the Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it for three weeks, but love it so far. I had the Vertuo Pop and was getting tired of how much effort went into opening and closing the machine. Love the easy push lever on my plus.

Beware cautious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Nespresso next and was getting grounds deposited into my coffee every brew despite cleaning. I was sent a replacement machine that ended up being even worse than my brand new machine. Ultimately returned it and got a different version. A lot happier now with no grounds in my coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don’t like how the lid locks. It does not feel as well built as my other Nespresso coffee and espresso makers.
