[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The newer, virtual plus line is exceptionally easy to use. The reservoir can be positionally adjusted so that the water level is continually visible. The soft touch lid is much easier to use than the former slide version. In all, Nespresso has made a significant improvement in the Coffee design process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No enough time to enjoy it!

My wife bought like this that came with the free samples. A cold morning I tried to brew me a cup and the machine did not work! What a piece of junk! I placed where it belonged. IN THE TRASH! My best advice is BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY!

Leaking

I got my grandma to get me this for Christmas about six months ago and I was so anxious to finally use it. However every time I use it it LEAKS all over the counter. I've tried everything to fix it and it won't stop leaking.

Get it together Nespresso

The machine lasted me a year and 2 months. Conveniently when the year warranty finished. Before warranty ran out it was working ok. Had to “troubleshoot” often to make sure it worked By that they meant unplugging and replugging. Save yourself the hassle. Don’t use this one. Nespresso didn’t care one bit their machine sucked. Purchased Oct 2022 and fully stopped working Jan 2024
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THIS SYSTEM IS THE BEST THING EVER

The best coffee I’ve ever tasted and the options are endless. I am a very busy person and to have my morning cup of Joe at the ease of pressing a button has already made this new year great!

This state-of-the-art machine is designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend. Quality is especially important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink. Don’t buy this one

I got this for Christmas and thought it would be great but it’s not. The coffee is great but the machine is not at all user friendly

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
