Was great while it lasted

Like a lot of other reviews, I had my Next for a year and a half before it broke down. It was great - I used it daily and cleaned it regularly. A few weeks ago, it started leaking from the top (every troubleshooting guide talks about leaks from tank) and now the button doesn't even work - it lights up, but does nothing when I press it. It's a shame, I did like it while it worked
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

COFFEE SUPPERB NOTTHE MACHINE.

this is my third machine and yes the coffee is spectacular but the machines works good for sometime and then it starts giving problems. I do all the trouble shooting to make it work again and she does but again she stops. Now I have a dilema, I love their coffee but IO cannot be buying a machine every two years, they are not cheap. We are big coffee drinkers, we use about 200 or 300 capsules a month. Again the espresso is excellent excellent excellent but the machine is not iqual to the quality of the product. I am thinking of getting a Kourig to see how it works.

Best Coffee Machine on the market!

I've had this for 3 and half years now, I use it to make 4 cups of coffee every single day (2 for me and 2 for my husband) still works like its brand new out of the box and coffee taste is always 10/10!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trash. Don’t buy.

Complete trash. Only worked for one year before it stopped working. Will not reset, have done all the troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer and still nothing. Waste of money. Do not recommend. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Best Machine and Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my second vertuo machine recently and absolutely love it. Quick and easy to use. Great design. Looks so good on the kitchen counter. Love all of the flavors especially the coconut year round!

Great coffee, but not sustainable

Works great until it doesn’t. My husband and I bought this machine in May of 2023. We both use it every day! We brew between 2-4 cups of coffee a day. In September of 2023, it started making this really loud grinding and whirring noise out of nowhere. Called customer support and they had me restart it, descale it, and try to troubleshoot it but nothing helped. Ended up sending it in for repair. They replaced 2 major parts and said it was fixed. Machine came back still making the noise, just quieter. Disappointed that it can’t even last a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enough with Vertuo Next -- it won't power up

I have had this product for less than three months and it won't power on. It worked fine for the first few months and now it just won't turn on -- no lights or anything. I've spent hours trouble shooting this coffee maker and can't find a thing to resolve this issue. I have confirmed every plug in my house works -- so forget about referring me to check my fuse or breaker. I need my coffee... I can't recommend this product.

Stopped working after less than a dozen cups

I got the machine Christmas gift from my children worked few times then it stopped. I tried instructions, online videos nothing worked I don’t know what to do with it now Very disappointed
