[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was visiting an out of state friend recently and they had a Nespresso Virtuo machine and instantly knew I had to have one! The day after I got home I ordered one and received it the next day. I have no idea how I ever lived without this wonderful coffee maker. Delicious coffee in less than a minute....plus, customer service is the best. Makes my morning coffee happy!

I received this as a Christmas gift and have been using it consistently for about 4 months now. I absolutely love it! Every cup feels special and luxurious. I also love how the machine automatically dumps using pods when you click to open the lid. I both all the variations of coffee and got my Welcome gift with mugs as well. Happy user so far!!

Not only does this make the perfect coffee, but I can make espresso or full cup (even carafe!) with this one machine and swap out the different pods. The hazelnut coffees are my favorite with the coconut ice coming in close second. So easy to use and slim enough to store right on the counter.

Worth the Purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of deliberating on which machine to purchase and then speaking directly to an employee at a Nespresso boutique store, I bought the VertuoPlus Deluxe. I love the design better than the Next model. I love how simple it is to use. I love that each cup brewed (whether coffee or espresso) gives you a nice foam making it feel like a fancy cup of coffee. I love the variety of pods. I love how quick Nespresso ships the pods to you (I got mine in 2 days). I love that the brew is HOT (unlike the other pod brand starting with a K).
My 12 year old loves to make flavored steamed milk and the aerocinno3 I also bought is perfect for her concoctions and the perfect hot temperature.
If I could change anything it would be how loud it is and that this model brewed larger cups of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!
