[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I’m so glad I did. The espressos are great. All the flavors are a bit strong but we’re fine with that. Wish they had a chart with the different intensity levels to easily refer to though.

Exactly What I Was Hoping For!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a real long time for me to pull the trigger… but after seeing how much money I spent and time I wasted going to the coffee shop every time I left for work, I finally decided to buy one. I spent a lot of time looking at all the Vertuo lines and I was between the Plus and the original. But after reading a lot of reviews and videos on YouTube… I just went with the Plus (In white!!!) and I LOVE it. Haven’t had an issue so far (it’s been a month). LOVE how DELICIOUS my coffee tastes. I’m an ice coffee lover, rain or shine, and the double espresso over ice is my go to. Can’t wait to try more flavors. I’m pretty obsessed with this purchase and so glad I finally did it! Haven’t been to a coffee shop or touch my other coffee cup machine since I got this beauty.

Won't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new machine made about 10 cups and now it won't work. It's loud and seems to go through the process of brewing and nothing comes out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth Every Penny!

Great Coffee/Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our purchase. The VertuoPlus Deluxe makes excellent coffee and is very easy to use. Fits very welll on counter, and I like that I have option to remove front piece to put a larger coffee tumbler underneath for brewing.

Love VertuoPlus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second VertuoPlus for my vacation cabin. Would have given 5 stars but when I received my second machine, the water dispenser had a thick coating inside the dispenser that I was/am unable to remove. Called the technician who saw the obvious thick coating by video and is supposed to send a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, according to notification, it has been delayed. Still no updates on when it will be sent after a week.
I would recommend this to a friend!
