How come my machine broke after 18 months . I love Nespresso but not if the machine breaks down

One Star Because Zero Stars Isn't An Option !

I should have learned my lesson from the first machine that leaked water 14 months after purchase. Nespresso was happy to sell me another machine rather than replace that one. This machine is a waste of money. The coffee is barely warm. On certain pod sizes, the machine vibrates violently to the point that the cup falls off the machine and spills coffee everywhere, and it sprays coffee out the back of the unit. For the price of the machine and the ridiculous prices for the pods, I would expect this to have some above-average product quality. We shouldn't have to make machine repairs as a consumer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for people with Arthritis too!!

Pleased and happy with this machine more so than any other one I have ever purchased. As usual it produces fantastic, delicious 😋 coffee. That is a given. But I have Rhumatoid Arthritis so with this machine, if you are looking for one that does not require any hard hand pressure from you....this is the machine for you. A cup of coffee for me with NO pain on my wrist,fingers, or hands. Thank you Nespresso. I can not stop singing your praise.

Started leaking

I loved this machine! No problems for 1 and a half years but then it started leaking. I took great care of it, descaling, etc. finally had to put it away in the pantry. Don’t have the heart to throw it away….
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best gift to myself

- There is a wonderful variety of pods. - You can make an espresso or full sized cup of coffee. - The crema is excellent and it's super easy to use. - I love how sleek and sexy it looks on my counter space (it doesn't take up much) If you're looking to purchase this machine I highly recommend! The self lifting head, the design of the pod disposal and water tank make this machine extremely functional, well designed and chic.

Easy to use great coffee

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago after two of my daughters recommended it. The coffee flavors are all great and not watered down. The only reason I didn’t select all stars is because pressing the top to begin the maker is not consistent. Sometimes I only need to press it once and other times two or three times. I don’t know if the delay is normal but it is confusing. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Great experience

We are bought are Nespresso machine a few weeks ago at Mall Of America. Amazing experience from start to finish . The machine and coffee are the best I've had. Highly recommend if you're serious about your coffee this is the way to go. Thank you to all the staff

Love the new look!

I noticed that Nespresso changed the look of the machine. The one that I have was six years old. There was nothing wrong with it except the coffee wasn't as hot as it used to be. I love the look of the machine and, of course, the way the coffee tastes. Happy I decided to upgrade!!
