expensive delicious coffee

I have been enjoying a large selection of coffee pods brewed by my VetuoPlus Deluxe machine for a couple of years. It makes consistently good coffee. It is expensive. I may have to cut down on my monthly orders because of the price increase. I definitely enjoy the coffee selections! Maintenance: the machine descaling process is a not fun at all and the descaling mix is pricey too. Sadly and the reason for 4/5 is the frustrating Auto ship web orders are a mess. But customer service by phone seems to be the way to go when the website messes up. I have also returned my machine for a repair, customer service again was extraordinary. Overall pleased and enjoy two or three cups a day.

It was great - until the infamous "leak" issue

Let me start by saying that I love Nespresso. I bought my first machine (the initial Vertuo) in 2014 or 2015. I got this machine around the time of the pandemic to have a machine in my workplace, too. I have been using this one in my home for the last 2 years, and about 6 months ago, the leak issue emerged. At first, it was a little water here and there. At this point, I have to fold up several paper towels to blot all the water that leaks out of the tank every time I fill it. What a mess. I should have read the other reviews about this leak issue before buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle weekly through your machine to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo Plus about a month ago. So far, this thing is great! I admittedly did not have high expectations, as I typically do not enjoy coffee brewed in these on-demand, one cup things. This machine has changed my mind. The coffee comes out hot, with gorgeous layers of frothy goodness. It’s easy to use and I look forward to using it each day. The only issue is that I’ve been having two cups of coffee everyday because they’re so good.

Wonderful machine - Terrible decaf choices

Love this machine so much I have purchased 3 of them: one for myself, one for my guest house, and one as a gift for a friend. It is easy to use and makes delicious coffee at the perfect temperature. Unfortunately since getting chronic migraines I can only have decaf, so I am missing out on a lot. I am very disappointed at the lack of choices in decaf, as there is only one in the regular size, which seems ridiculous considering the amount of regular coffee available. Would love to see many more decaf options, especially some fun, flavored ones, which I greatly miss. I have been using another machine more lately just to get variety in decafs. Please consider doing more for those of us who need decaf.

Great Machine and Coffee but Small Drip Tray

We love our machine and the great coffee it makes. The only issue is the drip tray is too small for many coffee mugs. Since the first day I have been worried about my mug falling off when the machine vibrates to make coffee and I lost my first mug today when it fell off a broke while the coffee was brewing. It was not an especially large mug either. With a larger drip tray I would give a 5 star review.

I am a dark roast coffee drinker and the flavor you get from the Nespresso machines in much richer than drip. I only wish that the coffee was a little hotter.
