My Old Friend

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve had my red VertuoPlus machine for 9 years (same machine) and have never had an issue with it. Oh maybe the tank leaked small amount of water once or twice which I quickly solved with little effort. It was basically a bad seal around the little O ring at the base so I disconnected the tank and reconnected it which stopped the leak. Another time I had to reconnect a couple times. No problem considering the satisfaction I get from my little machine. I did buy a backup about 5 years ago when they were considerably cheaper just in case something happened to “Little Red” but my original machine is still going strong. I love it !🥰

Great coffee at the touch of a button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my machine memorial Day weekend and have loved it since. The coffee quality is great, and the ability to have whatever type of coffee I'm in the mood for (mug, espresso, etc...) out of one machine makes my mornings easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just upgraded my machine so that I could use the 12 oz pods. The coffee is excellent. Much more bold than a keurig like coffe should be.

Great features

Made my first cup of espresso, delicious flavor. It's very easy to set up and use. It only took about 2 minutes to set up, including running a cycle. This is done to wash out anything from the manufacturer's process. Also, setting up Bluetooth was easy, so I could program my perfect cup through your app.

This Nespresso machine make great coffee, but i agree with the other reviews that the coffee does not brew hot. I have to heat my coffee up after brewing. Other then that great Machine.

Died within 7 months, tried descaling twice, it still won't work.
