My machine only lasted 2 years

Love the nespresso machine but was disappointed after it stopped working after having it for 22 Months. Sfyer getting this one I saw other people say that this model tends to give a lot of problems so just be mindful that it may not last a few years

Quiet surprise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My aging espresso machine needed replacing, so I decided to try VertuoPlus. I’m very happy with the product: Simple and quiet, espresso and coffee. The pods are little expensive.
Overall I’m a fan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So good, getting another machine

I was given this as a Christmas gift. I love it!! I had some problems, but it was all my fault for not reading the different size coffee pods. I thought for sure there was a problem when it only gave me just a shot of coffee when I thought it was a full cup. Ha, the laugh was on me. I love the coffee and being able to recycle the used pods. In fact, I love it so much I am going to buy the smaller sized machine for our mobile home. Wish I had gotten this gift years ago.

Messy,leaker

This is the second virtual Nespresso machine that I’ve owned. The first one worked wonderfully, and I took it to work. Not sure of the model name or number, but it had a double wing top that made it easy to lock down the cartridge. This model is very difficult to Puncture and to lock the top down prior to making coffee. The coffee as always is wonderful. The main issue, however, is that it is messy. Concentrated espresso drips down into the capsule container. Even though I run a clean cycle every three or four times I use it, It’s messy in the area where The capsule fits. After ejecting the cartridge and pushing the top down to have it rest in place, it pops up unless I lock it down. Very disappointed. I would probably buy another machine except there don’t appear to be any machines that are Currently available and a different model

Darn hard to ooen

It’s become almost impossible to open to load a pod. I’m the only one in the house strong enough to get it to open and even then it’s a major challenge. I’ve tried looking closely at the closing mechanism. Cleaned any residue or deposits and even sprayed a little silicone which helped for a short time.
Love the coffee but not sure if I want to continue to deal with this.

Broke after a year

This is my second machine that Nespresso replaced because my first one broke. Unfortunately after a year of the second one, it broke again. With how expensive these machines are, they shouldn’t be breaking after a year or two of usage. I guess it time to go back to a Keurig

Sucks

Like others here, mine broke after 1 year of light usage. Coffee leaks out of the bottom for no reason.
