Wrestling the lid to close

We've had our Vertuo for close to a year now. Love how my coffee tastes and we saved so much money from going to a coffee shop. My only concern is I have to wrestle to seal the lid to secure the capsule in place. I literally have to put a little weight on it to pressure the lid to close. Is that normal? A friend of ours has an older version that you press the lid and it automatically closes to start the coffee process.

Best Nespresso Machine the Vertuo Plus Deluxe love

The Vertuo Plus is the best machine I have ever owned! It brews nice hot coffee, and it works perfectly no issues like I had with the Vertuo Next which stopped working after only 6 months. I highly recommend the Vertuo Plus to anyone and let me tell you that you would love it. AAA

Great Nespresso machine

My favorite coffee machine ever. I love how it froths the coffee on the top . I don’t have to worry about taking out the coffee pod and it dripping everywhere because it drops into a pod holder. I hope in the future they make the platform that holds your cup bigger as I often have to hold my coffee mug.

VertuoPlus Consistently Makes Great Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Nespresso machine. I was pleasantly surprised at the robust flavor coming from the VertuoPlus. The machine's power top easily and conveniently handles various sizes of coffee pods. Because of how great this coffee tastes, I immediately stopped buying my daily (mermaid) coffee at the drive through.
