4.5 Stars! Great coffee with a push of a button!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Ease of use! Sleek look, Quick, simple set up. Great coffee, with nice crema finish. I like my coffee strong and rich…Nespresso delivers that!! If you want “lighter” coffee, you can choose a different level of richness or run more water through the capsule again to dilute it. This should technically be 4.5 stars (no half stars available). I really like this except for the items listed in cons.
Cons: Small water storage, coffee temp is just a tad short of my desirable temp (wish it was a little hotter). But, you could zap in microwave to heat it up to hotness you want.

I love it so much and the coffee is so yummy that I’ve made two other people already buy their own as well and no regrets so far! You will never ever want any other coffee, I promise you!

BEST coffee! BEST espresso!!!

We bought our original Vertuo machine around 2015 and it is still making great coffee. The simplicity of use is wonderful.

Great coffee, the connected tech maybe not so much

Poor product review, great company. I am a tech guy at heart so I was interested in the App integration and other technical features. The machine was replaced twice because it stopped being able to process the pods and would just flash error codes. Nespresso sent the replacements out very quickly with no angst on my part.
After the second one, they allowed me to switch to the non-connected model Evolou which has not given me a single problem since I got it over a year ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re pleased your machine issues were addressed by one of our machine experts, who replaced your machine with an Evoluo machine model. We recommend the first-time use steps once a week, as part of your machine maintenance. This flushes water through your machine to rinse away any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. We also recommend descaling your machine every 3 months or every 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
