Not User Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening this machine, it felt very high quality and very luxurious. It had a heavy feel to it. That’s about where my good experience with this product ends. There isn’t any instruction manuals included. They give you a barcode to scan to then take you to a website to search for the PDF for your machine. I am not a fan of this method because the instructions were hard to read and were confusing. They were all over the place and there wasn’t any start or end to how to set it up. I then downloaded their app that you connect to the machine with. It gave me one video about two minutes long to set up the machine. That was after the difficulty of signing up with their app (which also isn’t very user friendly).
I followed the instructions in the video provided and started the machine. It only gave me a couple teaspoons of coffee right away. So then I clicked the brew button again. Same thing. I could NOT figure out what was going wrong. Then the light turned red on top and wouldn’t let me do ANYTHING further with the machine.
My entire family tried figuring it out and nobody could. I have lots of experience with coffee machines, and this one is confusing and hard to figure out for how simple it should be. I have never struggled in my entire life to set up a coffee machine like this.
The pods are also oddly shaped. They are not like Kcups, they are small and round. That limits the availability of these to when you want to refill them.

Great for those that are not tech savvy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple enough setup which includes running a rinse cycle. Very easy to follow instructions. The unit itself feels very sturdy and was packed and shipped well. The Vertuo pods are completely different from the older capsule style pods; they come in varying sizes depending on the type of coffee or espresso you are making. One button runs the whole machine which makes this ideal for the less tech savvy folks. Espresso came out with a beautiful crema and was piping hot. This machine produces a better flavored coffee and espresso than a Keurig but is not quite as good as some higher-end home espresso machines. Overall a good buy if you are looking for quick and convenient coffee.

Easy way to enjoy the coffee ☕️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a coffee lover and The Nespresso Vertuo Next is perfect for me. It helps me save time and enjoy a lot of flavor of coffee so easy now. It has a leek, space saving design and offers great versatility, brewing everything from espresso to regular coffee. Setup is so simple. It includes a decent sized water tank and a used pod container, keeping things mess tree. What I love most is how simple it is once you get going. Just push one button and the machine does the rest. It reads the capsule, adjusts everything automatically and brews it perfectly. The cup holder adjusts for different size so you can switch it to fit with any cup you want.

Upgraded my coffee and my taste buds thanked me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to work at an international organization and when my European colleagues visited, they always asked if there was a Nespresso machine because they didn’t want to drink “dirty water” lol - I didn’t understand the hype but now I do!
The Nespresso Vertuo Next machine in white matched my coffee bar perfectly. The coffee is smooth, strong but not bitter, and that thick crema on top makes it so fancy. Now I just need a clear coffee cup to show it off and complete my morning!

Amazing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve a huge of Nespresso and love this new machine! The dark navy color is beautiful and goes well with my decor. The set up for this machine was very easy and all you have to do is scan the QR code in the manual to link you to a set up video where it shows you how to prepare your machine before its first use. The initial rinse cycle takes about 7 minutes and is very simple. The machine itself is very easy to use and not too loud like other espresso machines. The coffee is nice and warm without being scalding hot.

Coffeehouse quality at home!

Every cup has the depth and richness of pricey coffee shop drinks for a fraction of the price. I really love that the pods are recyclable after use. The accompanying apps are easy to use, and the videos make setup, use, and maintenance simple!

The pods that came with were delicious - great blends 10/10. Sleek, effective and great tasting coffee! One of my favorite and most reliable gadgets.
