Speed and easy

When I work I don't have to settle for poor work coffee quality. One cup of Nespresso is complete satisfaction!

Nice Brew Each Time

I had the original machine since 2008 and it's still working (now 2022). Finally invested in the new Vertuo machine and am not disappointed. I love the fact that I can make difference sizes perfectly. I love the effortless crema that these neat little machine creates.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy

My son and daughter in law bought me the next for Christmas and it’s only 4 months old and it’s leaking out the sides, I’ve seen many people having the same issues. I would not buy this machine. I’m hoping that it can be replaced with a better machine because I don’t want another one like this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I made a review on this before but i’ll say it again. best coffee machine i’ve tried. I mainly use it for the espresso shots it has helped me save so much money and saved so many coffee runs. it is expansive but worth it. unlimited coffee!

Too many system issues

The customer service is one of the best,however, the machine itself is terrible. There’s too many system reboots and it gets stuck all the time. Also, if you are looking for hot beverages, this machine isn’t it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice design but very loud

My mom bought this machine and it made weird noise at first, then after a few months, the odd noise stopped and the machine ran quietly. Now the noise is so loud you would have to shout loudly in order to hear each other. Everyone leaves the room now when this thing runs because it is so obnoxiously loud. Sounds like plastic gears grinding. They are buying a different machine now, which is about the same lifespan they were getting with their MR Coffee machines, 2 years. They put up with the noise a lot longer than they should have though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
