[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rich coffee taste. Definitely 100x better than those crappy kuerigs. Coffee comes out better than coffee shops around me and you save moneys.

Free and convenient till it malfunctions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my machine and how easy and quick I can get my coffee in the morning. But it eventually started to malfunction - or atleast not brew the same causing my coffee to taste bitter or burnt. I’ve reached out to customer service but it’s a hassle to get a replacement under warranty which is a huge downfall as I’ve had the machine for only a couple of months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Who needs "Starbucks" on the daily w/this machine!

My best friend had this machine and had me drive to her house to taste a cup because she was so impressed. I loved it, but my husband is old school and likes to brew a whole pot of Kierland coffee :) Months later, as a thank-you gift, what appeared n my doorstep from my best friend, my very own Vertuo! I have made a fabulous coffee bar to satisfy both my husband's and my needs. I have created the best "Starbucks" replacement" coffee for the afternoons and my regular morning coffees. I am genuinely so pleased and love the recycling program too!

Great flavor

7 oz. Pours are often high 5+oz. Pours in the Plus
