[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mom of a two year old and I work 10+ hours a day. I need coffee, I simply wouldn’t be able to function without it. I also needed something simple to use, and fast. I love that I can brew my pods without having to stand there. I make my espresso while I dress my son and I’m good to go! It has saved me so much time and money!

First time Mespresso coffee user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I encountered the expresso only Nespresso machines during travel and I really liked it so I bought a vertuo machine. Easy yo use. Brews quickly. I have tried many varieties. My wife who rarely liked coffee now drinks coffee from this machine.

I just love my new Vertuo Plus

During the week of Christmas, I purchased the Vertuo Plus in Blue, the color as well as the machine is truly stylish. Also, the aroma and taste are amazingly delicious. I'll be back soon to get more Pods. I look forward to a cup every morning.

Instructions are a 3/5 but machine itself is 5/5

Huge tip for cleaning cycle! The instructions are a little unclear for this part. Plug the machine in. Wait until the light is solid green. Press the button 3 times super fast and let it do its thing. At some point it gets really quiet and only an orange ring flashes around the button. Press the button one more time to ‘officially’ start the process. It took about 60-90 seconds for the water to start running through and then 5 mins total to empty the tank for cleaning. With that being said- Received as a Christmas gift alongside the Starbucks brand pods. I’ve used it twice and already love the difference between this and the standard drip pot I’ve used my whole adult life. The price is worth the quality of coffee especially if you are an espresso fanatic like myself and spent too much money at coffee shops!

Sounds like a jet engine after a couple years

I am currently on my 2nd Vertuo machine. It still works and makes a delicious cup of coffee. My first machine still works too although after about 2 years is became VERY loud. My current machine has now become very loud as well. Yes I descale it regularly. I have reached out to customer service. This seems to be a common occurrence when discussing with my coffee cohorts. Wondering if this is a trend I can expect from the 3rd machine I probably will purchase because I love the coffee so much. I will move the old machine to our RV. No one will be sleeping in .
