Great machine AMAZING coffee

I have a breville barista express but wanted something for a quick cup of coffee especially when we have company. The vertuo plus has exceeded my expectations and I find myself reaching out to this instead of my breville more often than not. 100% recommend

Limited Virtuo flavor choices

I encourage Nespresso to get more European flavors for Virtuo as they seem to have none: Italian, French, etc. I hope they will grow in this direction! Until then, I often find myself going back to my Keurig for alternatives, even though the quality between the two is day and night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a trip to Rome, my husband and son said our at-home coffee game was lacking. We decided that a Nespresso machine matched what we wanted in coffee brewing, so we made our purchase. That was 4 years ago and we have never looked back. In fact, we just purchased our second VertuoPlus. Now we have one for home and one for our separate home office. We love the robust flavors, the well-rounded and balanced aroma, and the crema is so decadent. Thank you for creating such a noteworthy and valuable product. We love that our coffee ritual is made so much the richer because of it!

It's like having a cup of coffee with my sister

Now, we can both enjoy the same experience together, having a Nespresso while talking on the phone, despite the miles between us. Nespresso brings people nearer.

Replaced twice

I had 2 VertuoPlus that needed replacing. The first one leaked and the replacement wouldn’t close. It was remaining open for anywhere from a day to several weeks. Nespresso customer service was awesome replacing both defective units. My third machine is being delivered. I have 3 Nespresso machines at work one being a professional model. The one I’m referring to in my review is my home machine. I was worried about the VertuoPlus having an electric (push button) mechanism to open and close. I am now replacing my VertuoPlus with a non automatic close/open button.

I'm in love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had more VertuoPlus for about two weeks and all I can say, is why didn't I buy it sooner? I love the coffee it makes.....my frother is a game changer. Now if I can only figure out which one of the coffee flavors I like.....time will tell.
