Great coffee but....

Makes great coffee but rotating pod spinner gets stuck, really stuck between cups! Have to take a towel and manually turn it until it loosens, then it can be used again. Again, coffee is fantastic, but machine is a really pain. Originally went thru all the flush and error codes with online help, but now we just use a towel, open the lid and reach in and manually get it to turn. Not easy, but works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reliable machine - original

I have had my Vertuo original for 10 years and love it. We are getting to the point where we need to replace it or replace the ball barring. I would highly recommend the original for longevity.

Disappointed

My daughter gave me this machine a year ago in August for my birthday and I had loved it because it had never failed me at all until this week - a little over a year only and it stopped drawing water from the reservoir. So disappointed. I have never any other kind of water except reverse osmosis water but a friend has suggested that i try to poke around the lines to see if something might have lodged in it - maybe I will - when I’m done recuperating from surgery. In the meantime - I am craving coffee.

Beautiful new machine

100% Worth It!

Disappointing machine, way too noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine thinking it would be more sophisticated because it’s a newer model and we liked the design but had to return it because of the terrible noise it made and the poor mechanical functionality. The return process was easy although we are still waiting for our payment adjustment. We also have ordered and received a new vertus plus deluxe and we love it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
