Dented Machines!!!!!

Each machine i have received is dented……for how expensive these are that is not ok. I got a machine for Christmas it came dented. I got sent a replacement machine it came dented too??? What’s the deal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting this ever since my friend introduced it to me a year ago, except I already had another coffee machine so I didn't feel the need to buy this one too. After moving out, I decided to leave my it behind and buy this for my new apartment. Don't get me wrong, I loved my my old coffee machine, but this machine is SUPERIOR compared to all the rest. Not only can I make single or double shots of espresso, but I can also make so many quality, flavorful coffees. Not to mention, the look of it is so sleek and it is crazy easy to use. For all you Starbucks addicts and coffee fiends, BUY THIS. And if you are wary about the price, don't worry, I was too, but I promise you won't regret it! It was most definitely money well spent! In addition, I also got the aerrocino. Although it is not totally necessary, if you like to Starbucks cold foam in your drinks, the aerrocino is exactly what you need! And it is also ridiculously easy to use.

Reliable, delicious elevated coffee experience

We bought this machine about 1 year ago and have used it nearly every day since with perfect, delicious coffee! Previously, we had an Original line with a milk frother and absolutely loved it. Then we decided when family comes over we should have some thing that makes a full cup of coffee for them and turns out that we absolutely love the 7.7 ounce cup and flavors. Had been thinking about upgrading to the VirtuoNext so we can make a carafe of coffee with the pour over option only available in that model. After reading reviews for the Virtuo Next, we will DEFINITELY be sticking with our reliable, perfect as it is VertouPlus until Nespresso works out the kinks in the Next model. Only draw-back on the Plus is the descaling process is WAY more complicated than the Original Line and sometime goes haywire where I’ve had to be on the phone for an hour, re-taking the machine through the whole process so it doesn’t keep thinking its needs to be cleaned again!!! But still, worth a bit of a headache every few month as or so for amazing coffe at variety of sizes. Just thought I’d share for anyone out there comparing.

Do not buy

Don’t buy the Vertuo next. This machine has issues. I have it since 1.5 years and it does not brew coffee anymore unless I run a cleaning round and clean the barcode. It is a well known issue apparently and Nespresso does not help at all with replacing it.

Great…until it isn’t

Loved my machine…until it started dying. Mine started leaking and stopped brewing properly and I tried descaling it at around 10 month hoping that would work…it did. For about another two month. Meaning just enough for the warranty to expire. Now I’m out of a machine, no coffee in the morning and expensive Nespresso pods. Very disappointed.

Leaking.

I've had this machine for about a year and a half. It started leaking slightly from the seam about a year ago. It was small at first, but the leak has just progressively gotten worse. I don't know what to do about it. I like my machine, but I don't know what else to do at this point.

Wish it lasted longer

I have absolutely LOVED my Vertuo plus the past 2 years. I never had any issues with it. Until recently I did a descaling cycle with the Nespresso descaling kit and ever since then my coffee has tasted burnt. I have also kept up with the descaling cycling and rinsing and never had this issue before. Now after several attempts to rinse, and descale again, my machine only produces burnt coffee. My machine is JUST out the 2 year warranty window so now I am out a Nespresso machine. My heart is broken. I was offered 35 % off another machine but it's a lot of money to shell out when the machine is supposed to last a lot longer than 2 years. Very disappointed :(

Bummer of a machine!

18 months and it’s a goner. This machine should last longer than that. No matter what I do and what the Nespresso techs do, no one can get this machine working again. Blinks twice red and goes back to yellow/green. Did all the checks and was then told sorry but your machine is never going to work again.
