The Worst Machine Nesrpesso Offers

I went through 3 machines in 1-1/2 years. Calling nespresso and having to go through the video chat 3 times was extremely frustrating. Especially when its messing with someone's morning coffee! Overall the Wi-fi / bluetooth connection is ridiculous and never updates the machine firmware as it says it will, then would always just stop brewing the pods. HORRIBLE.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance.

Worthless

Absolute garbage. I had it replaced at least once. The last time it broke down and would not read the codes. I would call them once a week and after a long process they would get it running again once. They know these things do not work because they sell so many refurbished ones. Do not recommend.

Does NOT Last

Simply does not last. I had two machines. Both only last a little over a year. Disappointing. I do not recommend this machine.

awful product

This is the worst coffee machine they make. Wish I had done my research prior to purchasing. We got a replacement less than a year in and still the machine broke down less than a year after that (outside their warranty). Do not waste your money on any of the veturo next or pops. We got the veturo plus and have never had an issue.

Horrible purchase

Easily one of the worst purchases of my life. I mean it looks nice on the counter but so would a really expensive paperweight.
I have been through 5 of these in about 2 years - 4 were replaced under warranty.
Now my 5th one takes 3 cycles to make a single cup of coffee. The fun part of this is that I now have a cute water feature on my counter that spews lukewarm water!
Avoid at all costs

Coffee Machine Leaks From Behind

Initially we were satisfied with the VertuoPlus and had nothing but positive experiences. Unfortunately, the VertuoPlus now leaks from behind, and we've had the product for 1 1/2 years. We use the VertuoPlus as we have before, every so often in the morning and on weekends as part of afternoon snacks. We're wondering how this happened. To mitigate the issue, we've tried to turn it on and off, tightening the clamp holding the pod, and "hoping" it won't leak. It's a sad experience because we really enjoy the coffee; we've ordered several of the pods and are always amazed with the variety. We're wishing that Nespresso will reach out to help us resolve the issue. I really need the VertuoPlus for my mornings! I wake up ~5-530 Monday through Friday and the VertouPlus is a huge part of my day!

A little disappointed

It doesn’t take some of the newer vertuo pods. That’s a little disappointing. Like the cold brew. Im not sure If they think it’ll force people to upgrade to a newer machine, but that’s ridiculous.

Another red light issue

I am having the same trouble that many of the other reviewers are having, the dreaded red blinking light. I have done all the trouble shooting that was recommended but the machine still does not work. The machine is only about 1 year old and I would have thought with the reputation and the name along with the price, I would have had a better machine Right now I don't think another phone call is going to help fix the problem I am an extremely unhappy owner.
