Brews like it’s supposed to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Nespresso very next coffee machine. It’s truly amazing coffee. The only thing they need to fix is the pod lifter. It doesn’t work, I manually have to move the pods. Still love my coffee machine!

Coffee grinds in every cup

Good tasting coffee but getting grinds in every cup. Cleaned it several times but still getting grinds. Descale monthly and run rinse cycle weekly.
Also very hard to open and close. Very bad design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
