Enough with Vertuo Next -- it won't power up

I have had this product for less than three months and it won't power on. It worked fine for the first few months and now it just won't turn on -- no lights or anything. I've spent hours trouble shooting this coffee maker and can't find a thing to resolve this issue. I have confirmed every plug in my house works -- so forget about referring me to check my fuse or breaker. I need my coffee... I can't recommend this product.

Your machine has a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting available via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. Stopped working after less than a dozen cups

I got the machine Christmas gift from my children worked few times then it stopped. I tried instructions, online videos nothing worked I don’t know what to do with it now
Very disappointed

Great machine!

I look forward to having my coffee in the morning. The taste is bold, smooth, and so flavorful. I love the milk frother as well. A great purchase and will be enjoying it for many years to come!

It's not watered down, tastes like coffee, and is easy to use. I love how sleek it is, and it's much smaller than my previous machine!

Would not recommend. We have called Nespresso with issues with our coffee maker more than I can count. Our machine finally gave out on us right as our warranty expired so we are going with the original vertuo. Save your time and don't buy this model.
