Extremely User Friendly

It's made me realize how much I love espresso, normal coffee taste like dirty water now! 10/10 reccommend. This broke my Starbucks addiction and is now saving me money!

My new morning go-to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally broke down and purchased my first Nespresso machine thinking I’d use it on occasion to supplement my normal coffee maker since I drink a ton of coffee. It has since taken over - in fact I haven’t used my other coffee maker since. I bought the matte black vertuo deluxe and absolutely love the color.
I love the features - the bigger water reserve, adjustable water tank, and capsule container that can be removed on both sides.
When purchasing any machine you receive a coffee sampler pack to taste different roasts, which is a great way to start figuring out what you do and don’t like. I wish they always sold sampler packs so you can taste more options based on roast or flavor versus having to buy an entire sleeve that you may not like. The boutique offers free tasters but they have a very limited selection on what you can try. Just something to consider if you’re trying to limit additional costs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Vertuo last year as a gift. My mother was visiting and loved it so I purchased one for her as a gift. I like the many flavored coffees and seasonal offerings but I do wish there were more organic choices and some flavored decaf choices.

Great coffee but needs to be hot !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the coffee, wish the machine makes hotter coffee as this is the second machine I try and my coffee is not nearly as hot as my very old Keurig machine

Quality is very important to us, Rasha, so our machines brew the coffee to the specific parameters, and ideal temperature to brew a smooth cup, without heavy bitter or acidic taste, and avoid over-extracting the beans. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had a Nespresso Essenza Mini, but the VertuoPlus is even better because you don't need to adjust the quantity of water for each capsule, and you also have more size options.
