Amazing coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I look forward to waking up every morning and making myself coffee with my Vertuo Plus. The machine is so easy to use, it's not so loud, and it makes consistently amazing coffee and espresso. I love everything about it!

My nana loves having coffee at my house when she visits. This year she's getting her own for Christmas. Its great having options, coffee or espresso!

Love the machine but a little annoyed by Nespresso

This is actually my 7th Vertuo machine. I purchased one for home and one for the office, and the rest have been purchased as gifts. My oldest machine goes quite a few years back and is still great. I do wish the welcome gift was attached to each machine purchase rather than each account.

Simply amazing!

I’ve had a Vertuo system for over six years and it consistently performed well for me. There was a problem with it that could not be resolved (even after spending time troubleshooting with your kind and patient staff!). I replaced it with the Vertuo Plus and I’m impressed with the design and quality, not to mention the resulting fine cuppa every time!!

Disappointed

My machine only lasted 13 months and I am having problems getting a replacement machine at no cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine

The coffee machine is great! I love it more then my Keurig and glad I made the switch. The frother is a different story though which is a pity since the frother is one reason why I made the switch. After a couple of weeks of owning it, I had to go back to the store with the whole bundle to exchange cause the lid to the frother had a crack even though I didn't drop it or put anything on top of it. Then a week later of owning the new frother and being extra extremely careful of it. It got another crack on the lid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First is Still the Best

My old Titan started to get Very loud and decided to replace with a Next. Bad move. After the Next breaking down again (and again…each being replaced by Nespresso in rapid succession), I finally told them I want to go back to this guy. Solid performer. Great company…just make sure this is the model you buy.
