Highly Recommended!!

I’d take this over a normal keurig any day of the week. Everyone in my family has one of these. Works just as well as a keurig and is just as fast in the morning, but the cup of coffee you get is head and shoulders above a normal kcup. I really don’t have anything against keurigs, the convenience is great. But you take all of the pros of a keurig and add in a better quality cup of coffee, and you get a nespresso vertuo machine. Highly recommend!

Functional, beautiful and convenient!

I replaced my VertuoNext with the VertuoPlus and could not be happier! I love the functional design. The automatic opening is a game changer, no more struggling with locking the machine head. Being able to change positions of the water tank is next level! Makes it easy to position exactly where you want it on the counter without sacrificing space. Best of all, it has the classic Nespresso quality, thick crema and beautiful espresso pull.

Great while it lasted...

I loved the Nespresso Vertuo Next - until it died. It worked well, brewed a good cup of coffee, and was super easy to operate. I didn't like how hard it is to twist the top on to lock the pod in place, but that wasn't a big issue for me. The part that I knocked off a star for was that it went from operating just fine to not turning on at all - nothing happened. I had coffee one morning, the next, the light wouldn't come on and the machine no longer operated. Despite all troubleshooting, it appears to have died. The machine is expensive enough that I'd expect it to last for more than 2 years, so that's disappointing. Not sure if I'll be an exact replacement or shift to a new brand.

Great espresso

With one exception, the Plus works perfectly. I have made all four cup sizes and cleaning was more than easy. I also own a Breville and the espresso is good on both. There is a difference between crema and foam but for me, it does not matter. (If it does, get the Original not the Virtuo (unless you want coffee)). The exception, and why I don't give 5 stars, is that I have never been able to connect to it wirelessly. That makes little practical difference but I believe the Plus is supposed to do this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My favorite coffee machine ever. Nespresso coffee is so strong. You have the option to brew a regular hot coffee and a condensed brew for iced coffee. I like the vertuo because it’s a larger brew vs the original.

Purchased two in one month and the coffee is like warm

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn the Vertuo Next machine does not meet your expectations. Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk can decrease the temperature of the drink.

• Use hot water to preheat the cup to keep the coffee hotter longer.
• Make sure the size of cup you are using matches the size of the blend. A small espresso poured into a large mug, for example, will cool down very quickly.
