A joy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only coffee maker we’ve used in the past 8 years. We recently purchased a new one for our second home. We were delighted with customer service, and we found that an actual manual is now included. This makes regular maintenance so much easier. We love our Vertuo machines!

Best Nespresso Machine the Vertuo Plus Deluxe love

The Vertuo Plus is the best machine I have ever owned! It brews nice hot coffee, and it works perfectly no issues like I had with the Vertuo Next which stopped working after only 6 months. I highly recommend the Vertuo Plus to anyone and let me tell you that you would love it. AAA

the worst

This is the worst machine ever. My first one only last 6 months and they sent me a replace one. The replaced one is having issues after 13 months later and it was passed the warranty. When the machine was function fine, the coffee taste better than Starbucks. The other issue is coffee/espresso not hot enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had other brands for coffee plus French presses plus regular drip (all of which I still use once in a while). However for simple convenience each morning plus the wonderful flavor, my husband and I both prefer the Nespresso. We chose the VertuoPlus because it does everything we need it to do and is nice to look at and easy to use. We love it so much that my mother and my in-laws each have one at our recommendation. If you like good coffee guy will love this machine.
