Too Loud, Not Hot Enough, Cups fall off

Title says it all. The machine is very noisy. The coffee is not hot enough, Cups fall off the cup holder, which I’ve owned the Evolou machine and the cups fall that one too. Nespresso please redevelop the cup holder.
Nespresso being a premium brand I would expect premium quality. Noise, Heat, Functionality!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy!!

Purchased on 7/5/2024. Didn't last a year before breaking down. Cleaning and descaling did not help. Save your money and do not buy this machine.

Motor is done after a little less than 3 years

Nice design and typical function. I bought this machine in 2022 (3 years ago) and use it about daily for up to 3 cups/day. Super disappointed that the MOTOR is now not functional. One would think that an expensive machine like this would last longer ... I am not sure if it is this one's manufacturing. I am think ing that it is.

Gray cup that hold pods broke after a year

I love my VertuoPlus. However, it broke after a year, just outside of the warranty period. Multiple reviews have shown the same issue: The gray cup inside that holds (and I assume spins) the pods popped out. After many attempts, I was able to screw it back in but it hasn't worked 100% right ever since. It brews espresso. However, it's loud and no longer ejects pods. Taste: 5 stars. Longevity: 2.5 stars.

Great coffee but....

Makes great coffee but rotating pod spinner gets stuck, really stuck between cups! Have to take a towel and manually turn it until it loosens, then it can be used again. Again, coffee is fantastic, but machine is a really pain. Originally went thru all the flush and error codes with online help, but now we just use a towel, open the lid and reach in and manually get it to turn. Not easy, but works.
