Stopped working - I'm so bummed

I've had the nespresso for not quite a yr. and it just stopped working. I've descaled it by unplugging it multiple times to get it to run the vinegar water through it. It still won't work. The white mug comes on like it wants to brew and then a faint red cup. I've cleaned the machine and put a new pod in and it still won't work. I've used it every morning with my coconut creamer. It's the best way to start my day with my favorite seasonal mugs. Any recommendations on how to get it to work again?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the virtuo pop about a month ago and after trial and error I think I have it down. I like HOT coffee but you cannot adjust with these machines but if you use the right mug and not too much cream the temperature is good. I also like the large capsules for a 12 ounce cup and I’m satisfied ! The coffee is good and the machine seems to be working,I g very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my favorite impulse buys lol. It's a sip of luxury at home. I'm absolutely in love with the foam on top - which was actually a great selling point. The machine is sleek, and it fits comfortably on our counter.

Loved it until it stopped working

Loved it until it stopped working. Unfortunately, the issue happened just after the warranty expired. While the vertuo next worked, the coffee it made was amazing, creamy almost. Still, disappointed that it stopped working. Might have been a fluke as Nespresso's machine tech indicated they typically have a longer lifespan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many benefits to owning this machine!

The velvety quality of each drink makes it feel so much more lux to drink my coffee at home. I love trying new flavors too. I’ve nearly completely stopped buying coffee out!

Died 1.5 years after purchase

Product worked fine until it died 1.5 years in. Nespresso would not do anything except offer to sell me a new machine given that it was out of warranty. 1.5 years for a machine this price is outrageous.
