[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit a couple weeks ago for my parents to enjoy delicious Espresso coffees in the mornings while visiting them for extended periods of time. Not only are we very satisfied but we have turned my parents on to Nespresso over their Keurig and French press. The automatic open and close function is much approved over the old manual system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't realize how much pain my 5 year old old Nespresso machine was in by the noise it was making until I got my new Vertuo. I LOVE my new Nespresso machine....it humms sweetly, and it is beautiful as it makes my cup of coffee.
